At Blackhat Diesels, we stand behind our products and the environments they’re built for. Blackhat Diesels offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturing defects, material defects, and workmanship issues for the original purchaser for as long as they own the product.

Our lighting products are designed for real-world use—including off-road conditions—not just mal parking lots.

What’s Covered

• This warranty covers failures caused by:
• Manufacturing defects
  
• Defects in materials
  
• Defects in workmanship under normal and intended use
  
• Internal component failures not caused by external damage
  
• Water intrusion resulting from a product seal or manufacturing failure on waterproof-rated lighting products
  
• Failures occurring during normal off-road and hard-use conditions
  
• If a product is determined by Blackhat Diesels to qualify under warranty, we may repair, replace, or provide an equivalent product at our discretion.

Built for Hard Use

Our products are made to be used.

Warranty coverage is not automatically voided because products were used in:

• Mud
  
• Rain
  
• Water crossings
  
• Dust
  
• Dirt
  
• Off-road environments
  
• Heavy-duty or recreational use within product limitations
  

We understand these products are purchased to be used—not babied.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Improper installation
  
• Incorrect wiring, setup, mounting, or assembly
  
• Damage caused during installation by the customer, installer, shop, or third party
  
• Physical abuse causing breakage, crushing, impacts, collisions, or external damage
  
• Product modification, disassembly, cutting, drilling, or unauthorized repair
  
• Damage caused by vehicle electrical issues, over-voltage, short circuits, or improper power supply
  
• Intentional misuse or use outside intended application
  
• Cosmetic wear that does not affect operation
  
• Products damaged by installation error, shop workmanship, user-caused damage, or external impact are not considered manufacturing defects.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Warranty coverage applies to the product only and does not include labor, installation, removal, vehicle damage, downtime, or related expenses.
