BHD LIGHTING SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT POLICY

At BHD, we take pride in providing quality products. Orders may undergo manufacturing, customization, quality inspection, and packaging before shipment.

1. Shipping & Fulfillment Timeframes

Under normal circumstances, orders are estimated to be fulfilled and delivered within 2–4 weeks from the date of purchase.

In rare circumstances, fulfillment and delivery may take 4–8 weeks or longer due to manufacturing delays, supplier shortages, high order volumes, customs processing, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

All timeframes are estimates. Shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed.

2. Shipping Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, BHD Lighting has no control over transportation schedules, customs clearance, or delivery times.

Tracking information will be provided when available. While we may assist with shipment inquiries, we cannot guarantee or expedite delivery once a package is in transit.

BHD Lighting is not responsible for carrier-related delays or expenses resulting from delayed deliveries, to the extent permitted by law.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

Shipping delays alone do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation, refund, discount, or compensation.

Orders will not be refunded solely for exceeding estimated delivery timeframes, except where cancellation or refund rights are required by applicable law.

4. Customer Acknowledgment

By placing an order with BHD Lighting, customers acknowledge and accept the estimated fulfillment timeframes, potential delays, and shipping terms outlined in this policy, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
